The Role of Strategic Sensitivity in Sustainable Competitive Advantage

Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine investigate the level interest and implementation strategic sensitivity in General Company for manufacture cars equipment its various divisions, how it affects achievement sustainable competitive advantage. Theoretical framework: theoretical framework encompasses relevant theories concepts. Resource-Based View, Dynamic Capabilities, Environmental Scanning, Organizational Learning. By integrating these perspectives, provides a comprehensive understanding role achieving It considers resources, capabilities, processes that enable organizations sense, interpret, respond changes external environment, ultimately leading Design/methodology/approach: research utilizes an analytical survey approach gather data from workers within company. A sample size 195 individuals was selected, total 129 questionnaires were retrieved, out which 120 valid analysis. Findings: results show positive correlation between insight subvariable has been identified as having greatest impact on sustained Research, Practical & Social implications: contributes findings provide practical recommendations companies, such Manufacture Vehicles Equipment, enhance their achieve applying sensitivity, companies can improve advantage overall performance.
